Regional Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai/ Kolkata

Job Profile: Responsible for analyzing industry, trade and consumer behavior in the territory, identifying opportunities therein. Developing growth strategies and ensuring effective execution on ground.
Responsible for all merchandising and marketing promotion activities in the territory / state. Work closely with the sales team to execute visible promotion.

Functional Areas: Distribution Management from the channel partners & Channel employees in the assigned territories.

Sales Functional: To ensure the systematic sales & distribution through distributor. To ensure all the Pos are in places in the retail end, to ensure the Route plan is adored as per the dimension for the day, to ensure all the required documents and reporting formats are updated daily/Weekly & Monthly.

Marketing Functional: To design the trade promotional activity, To ensure all the branding materials are put in the trade as per the policy of marketing, To effectively communicate the schemes and the benefit to the trade, To effectively design the scheme & to execute and to rework if found not effective.
